Designed to work with the original Toddy Cold Brewer, we’ve roasted, blended & ground this coffee to take the guesswork out of getting started with Cold Brew.
What makes this blend ideal for Cold Brew? This blend is lighter than our usual espresso roast to preserve the raspberry, cocoa origin flavours when drinking black, but we’ve kept just enough roast flavour to bring through sweet notes of milk chocolate & honeycomb in milk.
No grinder…No problem. All you need is the original Toddy Cold Brewer & some water and you’re ready to go. To make things even easier, we’re also offering a Starter Kit, which includes both the Toddy brewer and a bag of this coffee.
How do you brew it? 1. Pour the contents of this bag into a Toddy Brewer 2. Add 1.25Lt of cold, filtered water 3. Leave at room temperature for 20-24 hours 4. Drain into an airtight decanter or bottle and store the concentrate in the fridge for up to 14 days.
