Named after the Shilanga growers cooperative located in Tanzania’s Songwe region, this coffee is made from a group of small, family coffee farmers in the region. During the harvest, they deliver the ripe cherries throughout the afternoon, and the Shilanga cooperative pulp these from early evening through midnight.

All this hard work pays off with a coffee that is beautifully round & deep, with hints of the fruity flavours we love in African coffees. Perfect for espresso or as a deeper, heavier filter coffee.
