La Bastilla is one of the few speciality coffee estates in Nicaragua with a fully integrated production process – They plant, produce, harvest, process, classify, market and export all of their green beans directly from origin.
The farm has been certified since 2003 by the Rainforest Alliance and they pride-themselves on their unique education project, which aims to give opportunities to young children in the local area.
