With a focus on hand picking the coffee & meticulous sun-drying the ripe cherries, the Miranda family make the most of their idyllic location high in the mountains. Edio is also focussed on sustainable production, by maintaining “green runways” across the property & protecting the local waterways on the farm.
The coffee from this award-winning farm is classic Brazil, only better - producing deep chocolate notes combined with a smooth, dried-fruit sweetness. Perfect for a beautifully balanced espresso or deep classic filter coffee.
