Ethiopia Guji Uraga

In Stock

This coffee is sourced from a the Uraga locality (which is part of the better known Guji zone in southern Ethiopia). The coffees here are grown on dozens of tiny, family farms mostly growing native heirloom coffee varieties. Unlike most other Ethiopian coffees, this particular variety is processed using the ‘washed’ method as opposed to the ‘natural’ (sun-dried) process normally used in Ethiopia.

When served black, this produces a coffee that combines the fruitiness typical of Ethiopian coffees, with bright zesty citrus notes. With milk, this coffee takes on what our tasters describe as a ‘French Toast’ like profile with hints of maple & cinnamon.
